About AestheFill
AestheFill is a safe and long-lasting biostimulatory filler used to restore facial volume for up to 24 months or longer. It works within the deep dermis to stimulate collagen production and provides deep tissue regeneration to reduce the signs of facial aging.
AestheFill is made up of PDLLA (Poly DL-Lactic Acid) which is a biocompatible and biodegradable substance and is also used in surgical sutures/facial threads. It is a biostimulator and naturally stimulates skin cells to produce their own collagen.
How Does it Work?
As soon as the product enters the skin, it begins to actively fill the voids that arise as a result of skin aging and the loss of collagen. At the target site, AestheFill starts the immediate process of tissue renewal and collagen formation, which results in the smoothening of wrinkles and replenishing of lost facial volume.
This is due to AestheFill's porous structure, which ensures the gel is evenly distributed under the skin, providing optimal neo-collagenesis. Fibroblasts begin to work both outside and inside the microspheres. In addition, PDLLA actively stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid by mature skin cells.

1. How Many Sessions are Required?
To obtain optimal results, a complete treatment of 3 sessions is recommended. The time interval between each session would be 4-6 weeks. But this also depends on your age / lifestyle and skin condition. Some people may only require 1-2 sessions and after which the effects may last up to 2 years or more.
2. How Quickly Can I See Results?
As collagen takes time to rebuild, improvement will start to show within the first few weeks after each session. Thus, facial volume will be regained gradually with the reduction of wrinkles. As individuals' body response and lifestyle may vary, the improvement progress and duration may be different.
3. What are the Possible Side Effects?
